CS Studios (www.csstudiosfx.com), owned and operated by Advanced Prosthetics instructor and graduate, Ashli Szymanski along with fellow graduate Kurt Combs, served as head of the make-up and effects department for the film. Lindsay Hill and Sarah Okun, also graduates of Joe Blasco and on staff at CS Studios, assisted with the production.
According to Ms. Szymanski the film, which was shot in just 8 days, has a pretty high gore factor which would explain how they went through over 10 gallons of blood creating the effects for the film.
